2017 CAHEC Partners Conference
This year, over 450 attendees from 17 states and D.C. attended the 16th Annual CAHEC Partners Conference on Tuesday, May 16, and Wednesday, May 17, at the Grandover Resort & Conference Center in Greensboro, NC. CAHEC was excited to welcome attendees to a new venue this year, and beautiful weather made our networking events and industry session updates a huge success.
You all did a beautiful job of making everyone feel welcome and special. I hope you know… you are truly a blessing. Thank you for allowing us to see what great work CAHEC is doing for all of us. To be able to take part is so regenerating!!!
Attendees had the option of selecting between 19 different sessions that included topics like fair housing, LIHTC compliance training, succession planning, legislative updates, and year 15. As always, the educational sessions were balanced with various networking events. On Tuesday evening, guests were invited to the outdoor lawn to celebrate CAHEC’s 25th Anniversary.
Keep up the hard work. It is one of the most organized and fun conferences I attend each year.
Guests were encouraged to wear black and white to this fun networking event, and participated in various outdoor yard games while enjoying great food, drinks, and live music. On Wednesday, CAHEC welcomed guests to the Partners Appreciation Luncheon, where organizations and individuals were honored for their outstanding contributions to the affordable housing industry.
The organization of the conference and session content is valuable and fun!

Your sessions have gotten much more interesting over the years for the developers! The variety/content/speakers have really improved.
